Automated Lending Documents System
Basha Systems LLC was retained to design and build a system to produce semi-complex lending document sets
first time, every time. The system had to
be able to differentiate between a "Standard" loan and a "Line of Credit" loan, as well as Promissory Notes,
Mortgages, Assignments and other associated
documentation. The document automation system designed also needed to be somewhat self reporting and include
the ability to "auto-select" documents
for the user, based upon input.
Lastly, the system was required to make a multitude
of decisions regarding the loans, depending upon the
user's answers. Our documented and conveyed their business
logic - fixed and flexible rules existed and we built
those into the system. The resulting document automation
system produced around 50 pages of documentation in
approximately 10-15 minutes of user time. The drafts,
except in the most complex cases, were error free; the
first draft is the final draft.
