Contacts, Parties & Players
The Wealth Transfer Planning system contains leading edge HotDocs programming which simulates a contacts
database within the HotDocs platform itself. No more typing the same person's data over and over again to list
them as an executor and a trustee! Enter an entity's details once in the contacts database, and those details will
be accessible to you anywhere you are in the system. No matter whether you need to list them as a Trustee, Executor
or Beneficiary - their details are accessible on the fly from any dialog you may need them on.
Manage Relationships
Manage contacts, related parties and entities directly in your system, on the fly
Instead of re-typing entity information over and over again, it is entered once
and then re-used throughout the system. The contacts database provides a single interface to view all entities currently in the system.
Manage Entities
Party details - be as specific or vague as necessary
For each contact, you may enter as much information as you feel
necessary. Once you have filled out the dialog for each contact, that data will be
re-used by the system as necessary.
Re-Using Parties & Players
This screen shot shows the initial trustees dialog, where you can specify
which parties from your contacts database are trustees, and their associated powers, succession levels and more.

Look for "Drafting Tip" buttons throughout the system. A single
click will bring up all the relevant help for your current section that you may ever need.

Once you have entered the relevant parties once, never retype the same data
From the contacts database, entering specific information is 2 clicks away! Simply
click the contact lookup list, select the appropriate entity, and click IMPORT! Done. No more data re-entry.

With our ILS Toolbar, you can quickly and easily customize your templates. Stock standard,
the product will ship with "Legal", "Standard" and "Custom" style sets, which can be tailored
specifically to suit your drafting and style presentation. In each of the style sets, a single click will
give you single, 1.5 or double line spacing.
