Document Assembly with GhostFill
NSBA Probate System V
The Nebraska Bar Association (NSBA) retained Basha Systems to re-design their probate system in GhostFill. The system designed (while still in beta stages) embodies
many new functions and additions over the old system. From on-the-fly help on a document by document basis, to centralized party management and complete asset and
taxation reporting schedules, the system will deliver everything you've ever needed to run an efficient probate matter.

Finance
Retained by a large law firm, Basha was contracted to produce highly complex legal
documents using the GhostFill document assembly platform.

Human Resource Management
A large human resources management agency identified that the associated documentation
of their day to day business was inefficient. The system designed
streamlines all documentation required to be produced by the client,
as well as the ability to output the resulting documents in Word or
PDF format, as well as producing single documents or an entire package.

Document Assembly with HotDocs
District Attorney's Office
The Nassau DA's Office put out a public Request for Proposal, which Basha Systems was successful in obtaining.
Replacing an archaic IBM Mainframe document assembly system,
their delivered system contains many innovations on the HotDocs document assembly platform.

Foreclosure Litigation
A small firm conducts volume foreclosure litigation matters for a single client. They needed a way to manage and produce the documentation for these high volume
matters, in the most efficient method possible. Utilizing HotDocs to deliver this required a little "working around" to embed some workflow functions into the
document assembly system. The result is something a little off the wall for HotDocs, but an extremely streamlined system resulted.

Multi State Lending
A law firm approached us with 50 lending template sets - one set for each state. They desired a single set of templates to manage in a system that produced
their documents faster than ever before. Our client now manages their single set of templates encompassing all 50 states in America.
